  • Project Data: projects you submit to our marketplace
  • Communications: messages sent through our platform

  • Payment Data: processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

  • To provide and improve our services
  • To authenticate your account and maintain security
  • To send relevant notifications (you can opt out)
  • To process payments for courses and services
  • To show your public profile and projects to other users
  • To facilitate collaborations between members

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Google OAuth)
  • Law enforcement when legally required
  • Other users: only your public profile information

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via contact@hkvibecode.com. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
