By accessing HKVibeCode.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

HKVibeCode.com is a vibe coding community platform providing: news, knowledge base, tools directory, project marketplace, education courses, and a hiring/agency service based in Hong Kong.

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person; no impersonation
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• By submitting, you grant us a license to display it on the platform
• You must not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• We may remove content at our discretion

• Project listings are the responsibility of their creators
• HKVibeCode facilitates connections, not guaranteed outcomes
• The 10% equity arrangement (Collaboration Agreement) is triggered ONLY upon formal HK company incorporation
• We are not responsible for collaboration outcomes between users

• Course fees are non-refundable after class commencement
• Course content is protected by copyright
• Recording classes without permission is prohibited

• The HKVibeCode brand, logo, and platform design are our exclusive property
• User-submitted content remains the user's property
• Knowledge base articles are © HKVibeCode 2026

HKVibeCode is not liable for:

• Losses arising from collaborations between users
• Accuracy of AI-generated content or prototypes
• Third-party tool availability or performance

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
